หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Area Sale Manager (ASM) must be able travel and manage multi location. Also, ASM will need to be able to develop a sale training and setup sale process standard policy. ASM must have a strong sales leadership skills, managerial skills and understand all Absolute You services, fully equipped to deal with sale staffs daily problem solving. Key Objectives: • Enhance members’ experience by leading high standard club operating in all areas including Yoga, Pilates, Cycling, Fitness, Sales and Front of House. • Manage over all of business; Increasing new joiners, decreasing leavers and retain active members • Educate and develop the staff in order for them to succeed in their careers with a quality work life • Ensure that all classes schedule in studio are qualified and satisfied. • Be able to manage studio with company strategy and make sure to be the top of performance every month. Key Job Description: • Managing the day-to-day of the Sales team to drive, deliver and exceed pre-determined membership sales targets. • Recruiting, developing, motivating, deploying and retaining high performing team members. • Further developing and implementing sales strategy and managing associated budgeting and on time reporting. • Organize team meetings to summarize and analyze work results • Manage, Train, Motivate and Control the team to deliver studio sales targets • Be able to create the good environment for driving studio performance • Be able to recruit and develop the subordinates and being professional to provide the positive feedback • Be able to initiate, execute and inspect an operation process and system to gain an efficiency studio standard
