Content Marketing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Develop a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets • Schedule, publish, monitor, and optimize Absolute You’s social posts across all platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Linkedin • Manage day to day community management initiatives across owned and third-party social platforms • Collaborate with design and production teams to plan and develop communication • Provide copywriting support across online communication channels including website, blogs posts, social media, and eDMs, aligned with short-term and long-term KPI. • Collaborate with the Creative team to plan and develop compelling content and original visual assets and meet deadlines. • Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach. Produce sharable and optimized content • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms including website, partner social media channels, improve user experience (includes design, content and usability) • Produce sharable and optimized content (video, image, gif, audio). • Collate, store, manage and disseminate content assets for the marketing and CRM team as required. • Educate internal departments and help create an ecosystem of content creators.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • BSc degree in journalism, marketing or relevant field is a plus. • 4-7 years of experience in Content or Digital Marketing • Good writing skills in English and Thai • Ability to iteratively test and learn and improve content continuously based on data driven decisions • Keen understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and open to learn new platforms to understand user engagement metrics • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and look for. • Ability to analyze and present content and social performance. • Hands-on experience creating digital editorial content for websites, blogs, newspaper, magazines, journals or other brand platforms. • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate • Experience with social listening, content marketing, research tools are a plus. • A self-starter who is able to work independently as well as a great team player. • Analytical mind-set with critical thinking, problem solving skills and robust judgement • Exceptional project management skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, focus and work in a fast paced environment • Presentable, energetic and interested in fitness/wellness • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing.
