หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Evolve learning and development strategy - Ensure SEAP training road map is completed within time line with effectiveness of skills development - Identify employee development needs and address these by different learning methodologies, such as eLearning, Classroom training, Workshops, Lecture-Demonstration - Plan, develop, and implement internal and external training programs for SGS (Thailand) Limited and for other countries (if need) - Coordinate employee development activities with line managers - Coordinate for worldwide e-learning roll-out and monitoring - Design and implement employee induction program - Generate awareness on development activities, development tools and best practices on the SGS intranet - Maintain, monitor and analyze training data and records, update employee skill, prepare and circulate timely MIS
