Responsible

• Provide expert technical support for hardware and network issues by diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• In the area of specialization, supporting regular system maintenance update and monitoring to ensure the reliability, security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to incidents, manage ticket queues, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved according to SLAs, minimizing impact on business operations.
• Assist users with technical issues by providing clear and helpful guidance, ensuring excellent customer service and high user satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, software and system configurations, and changes, and generate reports on system performance and support metrics.
• Provide IT support (hardware, software, and network systems) for users across ASEAN countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, etc.

More qualification

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years’ professional experience in IT Infrastructure and other related function.
• Experience in technical support such as IT Infrastructure, Cloud Services, Server, Networking, Security, backup, virtualization, telephone system, barcode scanner, Handheld device and other devices for warehouse management industrial.
• Good command of English.
