หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Created and control for new customer account. - Check and control Credit Note (CN) request form to prepare the credit note. - Check cash incoming from the bank to prepare the received voucher (RV) - Matching the received voucher (RV) with sales invoices - Matching the Credit Note (CN) , Sales Return (SR) with sales invoices - Verify the customer’s statements. - Co-ordinate with Sales department or others to ensure all money collection are completely recorded. - Receive document return and update to debtor’s status in system - Key order , Check order status, update order backlog and also update customer contact details - Prepare other report such as daily order report, daily billing report, payment report, allowance report and etc. - Operation on the phone and Customer care. - Other assigned by the superior.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Female or Male age between 22 – 35 years old - At least Diploma’s degree in Accounting - Minimum 2 years accounting experience - Good knowledge in English.
