IT Officer (Support Team)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - To administer and manage servers such as database servers and other servers as assigned to ensure business software are running smoothly and able to service. - To provide business reports, query and business information to Management and users as needed. - To provide technical support to ERP, CRM and other business applications. - To perform backup and restoration tasks for data and system. - To report problem and issue related to ERP and CRM Application to software vendor along with feedback response to end users. - To support activity’s task to achieve the HTH’s Quality Policy. - To support IT projects and coordinate with other IT functions, key users and third parties as assigned. - To administer and manage servers such as database servers and other servers as assigned to ensure business software are running smoothly and able to service. - To provide business reports, query and business information to Management and users as needed. - To provide technical support to ERP, CRM and other business applications. - To perform backup and restoration tasks for data and system. - To report problem and issue related to ERP and CRM Application to software vendor along with feedback response to end users. - To support activity’s task to achieve the HTH’s Quality Policy.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education At least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field. Experience At least 2 years’ professional experience in IT infrastructure support and other related function. Experience in technical support such as infrastructure, server, networking, security, backup, virtualization. Familiar with telephone system, barcode scanner, Handheld device(HHD) and other devices for warehouse management industrial.
