หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Lead and manage the sales and marketing function to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
• - Manage the business unit's P&L, closely monitoring budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• - Build and maintain strong partnership with distributors, fostering collaboration and alignment to achieve business objectives.
• - Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning.
• - Collaborate with cross business teams to ensure effective product life cycle management, from launch strategies to lifecycle planning.
• - Seek new business opportunities to expand business and to align with corporate direction.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - A bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
• - A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing roles within the pharmaceutical industry. International business or CMO service background is a plus.
• - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• - Proven track record of driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and effectively managing P&L.
• - Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
• - Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
• - Fluent level English is required for this role.
• - Travel aboard when required.
