หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• To support the deployment of IT Project Delivery tools, methodologies and standards.
• To support delivery of projects to agreed time, cost and quality requirement.
• Build strong working relationship with the Country business unit and IT team.
• Support the IT program lead in leading the project management processes for potential new business.
• Responsible for ensuring that Product and Project Delivery tools, methodologies and standards are understood and a cornerstone of the country IT strategy
• Responsible for managing IT projects from definition phases through to successful delivery.
• Support the implementation of the IT Integration / Strategy and Planning projects
• Resource management and development – direction, motivation, training and decision support to project staff. Recognize and manage differing skill sets, performance and conflicts
• Work closely with other internal departments and stakeholders through regular meetings to ensure client/ contractual needs and expectations are communicated to achieve positive results.

• Strong business & commercial acumen/business process know-how.
• Fluent in written and spoken English are essential
• Ability to communicate effectively & interpersonal understanding.
• Database management and Analytical skills
• Customer orientated
• Computer Literacy Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
