Product Import Manager (Food Industry) – Chain and Southeast Asia

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate and import food products from overseas, particularly China, to support the company's business.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for importing food products and negotiate contracts and terms with partners to secure cost-effective deals.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote food products in the national market.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders and customs brokers to arrange transportation and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for import schedules.
• Comply with international trade regulations, food safety standards and relevant customs laws, trade agreements and food import/export regulations in relevant countries.
• Work closely with quality control teams to ensure products meet international food safety and quality standards.
• Build relationships with suppliers, distributors and customers worldwide.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Food Science or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in an import or supply chain role. Especially in the food industry
• Experience in importing goods from China will be given special consideration
• Deep understanding of Thai laws, international trade laws, food safety regulations and customs procedures
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to multi-task under pressure and meet tight deadlines
