Supply Chain Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Manage the end-to-end import and export documentation processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements. - Coordinate with internal teams, customs brokers, and suppliers/Customer to verify and submit required import/export documentation. - Facilitate smooth customs clearance processes by providing accurate documentation and information to customs brokers. - Evaluate and improve import/export documentation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Manage and oversee the end-to-end logistics operations for the E-Commerce channel, including order fulfillment, transportation, warehousing, and distribution - Liaise with carriers to schedule pickups, monitor transportation performance and cost-effective delivery. - Work closely with inventory management and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock levels, proper storage, and efficient order picking and packing processes.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's/ Master's degree in related fields of Supply Chain Management - 3-5years solid experience in Supply chain function of FMCG/ E-Commerce industries. - In-depth knowledge of customs procedures, and import/export compliance requirements. - Multi-tasking with entrepreneurial spirit and positive attitude to drive new business - Can work under ambiguous and minimal supervision - Strong Interpersonal skills and oral & written communication skills. - Strong analytical and calculating skill.
