• Job Description - Regularly generating, and encouraging writers and reporters to generate, ideas for high-impact news coverage, breaking news, story packages, analyses and original insights - Managing a team of reporters, editors, photographers, copy editors and production personnel to work within timeframe - Research/write/copyedit travel articles, advertorials, and news for the magazine both printed and online edition and its supplements - Manage press releases, story pitches, determination of future editorial Create and update an ongoing list of public relations personnel and media contacts - Developing and maintaining, in consultation with the Editorial Director, a clear strategy for continuously improving the overall quality and impact of content in Tropical Magazine, both printed and digital edition
