Business Development Division Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Business plannings, business forecastings and business development opportunities - Develop growth strategies focusing on financial profits and customer satisfaction - Maintain standing relationships with business partners and customers - Collect customer information and requirements for developments - Lead and able to provide advice to business teams - Prepare sales plans and able to provide sales reports in order to achieve goals - Coordinate with internal and external departments to resolve/overcome problems - Create new business strategies - Arrange/Conduct business meetings with prospective clients/customers - Time management of each project as stipulated

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Experience at least 10 years as a Business Development function - Experience in refrigeration, cold room and air conditioning will be at an advantage - Able to handle and make decisions in difficult situations - Excellent verbal and communication skills - Excellent managerial and organizational skills - Interpersonal skills in dealing with clients/customers - Presentation skills to persuade clients/customers
