Business Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assisting client implement Zoho CRM System.
• Understanding of the project’s business objectives and requirements.
• Ensure the development team gets the correct understanding of the project and requirements.
• Gather business and system requirements from clients.
• Assist and consult clients in defining requirements and proposing ideas.
• Contributing values to the client projects.
• Engage with multiple project stakeholders.
• Develop robust and thorough analysis and visualizations of the end-user’s journey flows.
• Work with the Project team (Developers, QA/ QC) to review and transfer requirements through the development life cycle.
• Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.
• Support Project Manager on the change management for the project from requirement clarifications to change approval to change implementation.

• Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields.
• Business knowledge and business mapping is a must.
• Knowledge of software life-cycle is a plus.
• Experienced with any collaborative interface design tools is a plus.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• An interest in, and understanding of, project management techniques and computing systems.
• Able to travel overseas for product training.
• Good command in English is plus.
