• Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' pain points and objectives.
• Present Zoho solutions effectively, addressing client needs and demonstrating how our offerings can add value to their business.
• Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions and provide accurate quotations.
• Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Zoho product developments to effectively communicate value propositions.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
• Familiarity with Zoho products or similar CRM and business software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English is plus.
