Responsible

• Respond to IT support requests via ticketing system, email, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords (Active Directory, SCCM, Microsoft 365, etc.).
• Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees (equipment setup, system access).
• Troubleshoot basic server issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Assist with maintaining cybersecurity practices (e.g., antivirus, updates, patching).
• Document procedures, solutions, and support interactions.
• Collaborate with other IT team members and departments on projects and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

More qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT Engineer role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Experience with remote tool and ticket system (especially Service Now.)
• Experience with Active Directly, Office 365 administration.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication in English.
