IT Datacenter & Network Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Installation and Organizing: Install hardware and network equipment into racks (Rack and Stack), including routing all types of cables (Fiber optic, MPO, Copper RJ45, and power cords).
• On-site Troubleshooting and Repair (Break-fix): Analyze causes and resolve hardware issues on-site, such as replacing parts (Line cards), restarting devices (Power cycling), cleaning fiber cables, and processing defective parts claims (RMA).
• Testing and Verification: Test system and signal cable operations using specialized tools such as VFL, OPM, and performing Loop-back testing to ensure the system is ready for use.
• Support and Maintenance: Assist Network and Server teams during planned maintenance or during system circuit migration (Migration).
• System and Document Management: Manage the work queue to meet SLA/KPI standards, label cables (Labelling), prepare accurate report documents, and manage spare parts inventory.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree (BSc.) in Computer Science, related fields, or a Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) in Electronics (Having a Bachelor's Degree will be specially considered).
• Have 5-8 years of experience in Data Center infrastructure or DWDM networks.
• Have 3 years or more of experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network hardware.
• Have direct experience in IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities and repairs (Break-fix).
• Have a good understanding of network infrastructure architecture (e.g., IPv4/IPv6, Routing) and hardware.
• If possessing ITIL knowledge or certification, it will be specially considered.
• Able to communicate in English fluently.
