หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description • Organize, schedule, and monitor marketing communications campaigns across offline and online platforms, utilizing action plans and KPI tracking. • Handle paid media programs, including their optimization, execution, reporting, and measurement of campaign effectiveness. • provide an effective communication brief, plan it out, and oversee the agencies who provide the media, advertising, and execution. Oversee research organizations and engage in both qualitative and quantitative research. • Able to collaborate with the operation team to ensure that orders are completed without hiccups and to handle customer complaints to meet client needs.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• A bachelor's degree or higher in business management or marketing. At least seven years of experience in a retail or QSA setting in the marketing department. Proficiency in Thai communication and presentation (English is a bonus). A can-do attitude and open-mindedness.
