หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Initial contact, site reviews and all project related correspondence and documentation. -Involve in coordination of all aspects of a project including client relations, developing project budgets and scope of work, concept development, designs management and schedule control. -Develop proposals for work, including details scope, design, times frame period and budget. -Develop integrated project plans, implementation schedules and cost estimates. -Site super vision and on location problem solving. -Project reporting to MD and PM Director

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <p>- Bachelor&rsquo;s or higher in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related fields.</p> <p>-&nbsp;Having GPA 2.5 up in a famous university (Chulalongkorn,Thammasat,Silapakorn, Poh Chang and Lardkabang University are preferable)&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>-&nbsp;Previous work experience a minimum 3-5 years up in Project Management of Interior field.</p> <p>-&nbsp;Strong leader ship and responsibility, creative, self-motivated and pro-active</p> <p>-&nbsp;Have knowledge for budget control and cost estimated.</p> <p>-&nbsp;Must have own vehicle and labtop</p>
