หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Roles and Responsibilities 1. Server and storage task a. OS, Database user authorization review & re-design include create authorization matrix. b. Design/review server specification for Windows, Unix, Nutanix, AS400. c. Server & storage monitoring and maintain hardware and software (health, performance, software version up, etc.). d. Windows (server and client) patch management (Planning, QC, Summary result). e. Server inventory for hardware and virtualize. f. Managing and control for Change management document. g. OS and DB, Access log monitoring to ensure access have request daily for DB(SQL) include to check event log. 2. Backup system a. Design backup schedule and retention. b. Monitor backup data successful in daily and testing restore data. c. Review log of backup and restore mapping with IT request. 3. Actively monitoring status of work to ensure SLA and KPI are met. 4. Report a. System down time report in monthly. b. Server resource utilization with identification change. c. OS and DB Access log report in daily and monthly with identify and unauthorized access and inappropriate action. d. Storage usage report by section. e. Server Inventory report.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: 1. Candidates must have at least Bachelor’s Degree in computer since. 2. At least 3-4 years’ experience in Windows Administrator and must have advance Knowledge on Virtualization Technology, preferable VMWare, Nutanix. 3. In-Dept knowledge of Enterprise IT Infrastructure System (Server, SAN and Backup). 4. Strong in server and backup concept. 5. Must be a service mind, staff and customer orientated team player. 6. Good verbal and written communication skills of English language. 7. Leadership.
