หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1 Assist to Coordinate IT activities, resources, equipment and information 2 Assist to Break IT activities into doable actions and set timeframes 3 Assist to Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management 4 Assist to Monitor activity/project progress and handle any issues that arise 5 Act as the point of contact and communicate to all parties including conduct IT related survey and follow up as due date 6 Work with IT Manager/Leader to eliminate blockers 7 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports 8 Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. 9 Help prepare budgets 10 Providing administrative support as needed.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1 Bachelor's degree in IT, business admin or related field. 2 Good in verbal, written, and presentation skills. 3 Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 4 Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. 5 Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. 6 Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures. 7 Ability to work on tight deadlines 8 English communicati
