Senior Infrastructure Services

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Provide guidance and technical term support to the team members, ensuring that the operations work properly.
• 2. Collaborate with various teams such as development team, infrastructure team to ensure alignment and effective integration of infrastructure components. (Cross function and multitasking)
• 3. Lead infrastructure projects, coordinating with stakeholders, defining project scopes, schedules, allocating resources ensuring successful project delivery within defined timelines & budget constraints
• 4. Analyze infrastructure requirements, evaluate system capacity, and make recommendations for hardware, software, and network resources to support business growth.
• 5. Maintain documentation related to infrastructure design, configuration, security policies, incident response plans, procedures, troubleshooting guides, prepare regular reports on infrastructure performance, capacity and security metrics utilization.
• 6. Monitor the performance and availability of infrastructure components using various monitoring tools.
• 7. Proactive problem solving, troubleshoot system failures, and optimize performance to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• 8. Oversee HCI VxRail and NetApp data storage high availability of services.
• 9. Oversee all server/backup and restore meet service level agreement (SLA)
• 10. Analyze problems, monitoring, reporting all server/backup and restore data.
• 11. IT operation to comply SOX, Honda Policy, GITSP, GCP, GPP
• 12. Hardening security, IIS services, SQL Server, AS400 basis

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor Degree in IT or related field.
• Experience in IT server administrator’s roles related at least 3-4 year or above.
• DevOps and application performance monitoring skill will be advantage
• Data center and data recovery migration experience will be advantage
