หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ทำหน้าที่เป็นศูนย์กลางติดต่อบริการด้าน IT ประจำภูมิภาค(ภูมิภาค Asian)
• Register , Escalate , and Follow up the Incidents/Request for regional IT Operation
• Create Summary report by weekly / monthly or upon request
• Documenting and maintaining run books and operation documents, enforcing standards procedure and providing feedback that helps to improve these standards
• Support in communication or any survey to all Honda Substidiaries in Region
• Assist Customer / Subsidiaries to develop the detail operational plan or improvement
• Assist to prepare IT project proposal for management approval
•  Others

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to create reports (weekly/monthly) and maintain operational documentation
• Team player with good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with regional teams and subsidiaries
