Digital Marketing Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, promotions and activities to drive short-term and long-term sales - Manage and drive day-to-day operations and budget optimization of online marketing activities to achieve online sales target and generate appropriate traffic - Handle inboxes and monitor online orders and complaints - Update content on website, social media, marketplaces and e-commerce platforms - Plan and post social media content and engage with followers. - Find innovative and cost effective ways to increase social media followership and engagement. - Monitor, report and analyze sell-out data and campaign results to better understand online shopper behaviors and competitive landscape to determine effective mechanics and promotions for improvement. - Work Closely with Brand team and align with sales team to ensure that campaign is kept up-to-speed with progress and results - Co ordinate with internal team and external partners to ensure smooth operations and enhance sales performance -Responsible for other tasks relating to brand & e-commerce as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication Arts, Computer Science or any other related area of study 2. Minimum 3 years experienced in Digital marketing or Online sales 3. Knowledge of e-commerce, social media, marketplaces, digital tools and mobile technologies 4. Passionate about online marketing & e-commerce 5. Good Interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills 6. Excellence in attention to detail and confidence in execution 7. Strong communication in English and Thai 8. Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word 9. Flexibility and willingness to put in extra hours to achieve the company’s objectives 10. Independent and pro-active work attitude 11. Ability to work under pressure 12. Passionate about international food and beverage products
