• Sales Planning and Development: Set monthly and yearly sales targets Develop sales strategies and promotions to increase sales
• Recruit, train, and manage the Tele sales team Provide guidance and support to the team on daily operations Monitor and evaluate the team's performance

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Enthusiastic and dedicated with a positive attitude, able to work under pressure.
• Nationality: Not specified
• Language Proficiency: Must be able to communicate in Thai and English (Native American speakers will be given special consideration)
• Education Level: Bachelor's degree or related field
• TOEIC Score: 500+
