Counsellor Assistant

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist in organising internal college fairs, careers days, workshops, and other university-related events.
• Track student progress to support growth, maintain confidential records, and provide counselling sessions as assigned
• Collect, update, and organise relevant information about universities, scholarships, and admission requirements.
• Manage and maintain the counselling appointment schedule for both internal and external cases.
• Provide support to the team as needed

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of university admission processes and student counselling is preferred but not required.
• Intermediate English communication skills are preferred.
• New graduates are welcome.
