About the role : The Partnership Marketing Management will develop and execute strong and innovative marketing strategies to drive traffic to JaiJai to be No.1 Employee Engagement Platform in Thailand, dealing with the stores and generate interest in our mechanic. You will be part of direction and creation for our campaigns, and will actively be engaging in the design and framework development and execution of our strategy. You will also employ effective tracking mechanisms to monitor the rate of response for all marketing campaigns. • Responsible for acquiring new partners (banks,shops,serviceproviders,etc) and maintaining are lationship with existing partners for co-marketing campaign and promotion with JaiJai • Develop business pitchdecks, partnership packages, media barter packages and propose plans and solutions to partners. • Work closely with key partners to update and repote co-marketing campaign performance, and suggest next action plans. • Responsible for partnership campaign initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and evaluationon JaiJai • Liaise and coordinate with all stakeholders across multiple departments within the company to ensure effective implementation of the partnership plan • Regularly review and track partnership cooperating activity on a daily basis to drive continual optimization and improve efficiency • Report business progress with quantitative data regularly

• • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent • Work experiences inBusiness Development, Partnership Management or Account Management • Strong executional abilities (biasforaction), project management and stakeholder management • Strongworkethicsandperformance-driven • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal format in Thai and English to communicate with external partners • Reliableandgoodteamplayerwhoenjoysafast-pacedanditerativeenvironment • Ability to be innovative strategically and operationally • Strong team player and possess good communication skills • Position requires a high degree of adaptability and professionalism • Result oriented and willi ngnesstolearn
