Hotel Manager (La Vela Khaolak and Casa deLa flora) ????Location @ Phang-Nga, Thailand ????Salary 70,000-90,000 THB/Month Responsibility: -Planning and organizingaccommodation and hotel services.. -Overview, Manage the overall leadership and direction of the hotel,maximizing Sales, Revenue and driving financial returns. -Ensure all the hotel operation and administration meets hotel standards,policies and procedures. -Ensure property is well maintained, hotel and repair, to be in goodcondition and appearance at all times, Including implementing property maintenance plans. -Ensure to budget all outlets in hotel revenue. -Full P&L responsibilitywith demonstrable year on year growth against challenging targets. -Recheck all the contractor working plans and conditions to meet the timeline. -Purchasing Part: Help the owner to setting budget and research lists of OE,FF&E, OS and all the things need. Qualification; -Experience in Hotel management 5 years up. -Good personality. -Self-motivated leadership. -Good command in English and Computer Literacy.
