Area Manager [ food & restaurant ]

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead team of New Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
• Create and Develop project schedule
• Strategically craft business model, operation flow and financial flow of new business
• Implement and/or coordinate with relevant departments in a project both inside and outside the company
• Follow up monitoring progress of the project to achieve the schedule
• Create package/promotion to serve marketing campaign & CRM
• Analyze data, reports of business results and provide solution business, product, man power marketing implications
• Track and evaluate data and prepare performance reports providing recommendations
• Manage Profit/Loss and report to management team every week
• Bring ideas from professional facilitation, coaching, conflict management, mediation and so on to help the team become a high-performance team

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Over 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partner Acquisition, Project Management, or related field
• Strong analytic skill, communication and presentation skill (both writing and speaking), and negotiation skill.
