Job Details:

Present our products to customer for developer, contractor architect and designer for specification product to customer's project.
Take care of Key developers and Key contractor.
Advice regarding sanitary wares, ceramic tiles selection and design.
Doing quotation for project condominium and housing development.
Compare our product and competitor why customer must choose our product.
Send quotation to distributor for bid. Follow up for the next step.
Manage sales in-out.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree in Marketing or Management.
5 years experience in selling to projects (Hospitality Property, Condominium, Hotel & Resort, etc.) will be an advantage.
Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skill and Energetic & Pleasant Personality.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and email communication.
Managerial Skill for Project Sales Manager Position.
Having own car.
Good Personality and Strong Communication Skills
