Sales Manager (La Flora Group: La Flora Khao lak, La Vela Khao lak and Casa de La Flora) -Location of work @ Sukhumvit 26 Bangkok, Thailand Responsibility: *Responsible for achieving the room and catering sales objectives of his/her markets and business segments. *Represent and promote the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base of his/her responsibility through Customer Relationship Management. *Supervise subordinates to ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion. *Maintain and update sales records manually and electronically as required. *Constant customer contact directed towards existing customers and potential customers. *Identify and handle sales leads effectively and efficiently. *Represent the hotel and participate in domestic and international sales activities. *Creative contribution to product and sales development. *Fulfill customer relationship management responsibilities and sales goals for defined customers through planned customer interviews. *Monitor and report on market and competition within own market segment. *Prepare and update customer management reports and ensure all necessary follow-up work is carried out on time. *Active distribution of product information and create awareness in the markets and business segments or responsibility. *Participate in planning and realization of sales campaigns together with Director of Sales & Marketing within defined market segments. *Active participation and submission of reports at sales meetings. *Assist in planning and coordinating sales activities and events. *Assist in coordinating the development of all promotional material. Qualification; *Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must. *Good computer skills. *Good interpersonal & communication skills. *Ability to work independently and as a team. *Min 2-3 years’ experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels. *Leadership skills and knowledge of all tasks within the area of responsibility. *Knowledge and experience in the Internet and other major computer programs. *Ability and understanding of the market and competition.
