• Job Highlights Online Travel Agency, Content Management Social Media campaign Coordinating with hotels and partner agencies Job Description Ecommerce Manager Work place @sukhumvit26 Bangkok Job Description : Responsible for driving the growth of the online business of the brand website and all electronic direct and indirect channels as well as online travel agents and social media campaigns. Implement the hotel’s ecommerce and distribution strategy in line with corporate initiatives. Assisting in establishing best practices to manage Online Travel Agents. Update hotel's room rate and promotion with OTA along with rate parity maintaining. Ensuring optimal content of La Flora group in all relevant electronic distribution channels. Coordinating with hotels and partner agencies the execution of all ecommerce activities for the hotel. Drive Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC), Content Management System (CMS), and Social Media campaign. To conduct feasibility study, ROI and to suggest ways of improving ranking and revenue generation over e-channels. Measuring, analysing and reporting Distribution performances and suggesting tactics improvements and new activities. Produce weekly/monthly reports for each channels as required by the hotel and head office Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field. Excellent command of English communication skills. At least 2 years experience in the hospitality industry. Solid background in OTAs Extranet, Channel Manager and PMS.
