หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Manage end to end process of recruitment, hiring until probation period for operation staff to management level (search, screen, interview, hiring, filing, onboarding, orientation, take care until employees pass probation). - Monitor, manage channel of recruitment (Website, Facebook, Line@) and materials of recruit up to date. - Control manpower budget in each department. - Monitor the process of probation evaluation for all position. - Do the exit interview all staff resignation, find out the reason and fact for solve problem. - Prepare monthly report (Manpower, Hiring, Turn Over Rate). - Set the action plan and budget for recruitment activities in each year. - Survey salary and benefit of others company in same business. - Update JD for all positions once per years or when company re-organization. - Work closely with head of others department and line manager to suggest and consult in HR operation process. - Co-ordinate with Universities, Agency and Department of Labour.
