Sales Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Taking care on the marketing of foundry raw materials and equipment.
• Learning in technical term of our products and services to able to introduce to the clients.
• Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
• Collaborating with sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Developing sales strategies to persuade in existing customer and new potential customers.
• Visiting customers and calculating effective quotation for customers.
• Following up with potential customers who interested in our products to close the deal.
• Generating high-quality sales activity, follow up after initial contact, maintain and make new orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
• Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
• Supporting and solving client’s problems with products application and recommending improvement or suitable materials and machinery.
• Study customer’s feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
• Setting and achieving sales goals and OKRs of the company.
• Working for OKRs is the priority. Training other members of the sales team on the technical subjects of the company's products and services.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field. GPA 2.5 minimum a must.
