System Analyst ( Base in Mitrtown Office Tower )

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Analyze business requirements and create functional specifications, from architecture down to database schema, API, components, batch processing, etc. 2. Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow 3. Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, solutions and requirements 4. Support production incidents together with developer and operation team

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Requirements • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or related field. • At least 5 -10 years’ experience in SA role • Experience in Mobile application development, API and cloud solutions • High-level written and verbal communication skills - both Thai & English • Experience in Database (MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) • Experience in Backend Programming language (ASP.NET, Nodejs, Web API, Visual Basic, jQuery, HTML, Java, C#) Preferred Skills: • Critical & Analytic thinking ability • Strong team player adapts at managing priorities and thriving under pressure. • Effective in problem analysis, resolution, and adapt at managing difficult situations with diplomacy and tact • Experience in ERP, WMS or Cloud system will be a plus
