1. Directs the daily activities of the quality team to ensures quality process and standards. 2. Ensures that the audit plan is regularly conducted; acts as audit leader and ensures follow up on audit findings. 3. Implements actions to ensure the effectiveness of the QMS for the assigned site. 4. Maintains the quality planning system, develops quality KPI target, act as quality engineer for quality planning. 5. Directs the daily quality performance, ensures the quality process and standards are met 6. Manages customer line and field quality issues, lead quality engineer for corrective and preventive actions. 7. Monitors and follows up the improvement actions to ensure desired end result. 8. Acts as lead Quality engineer, coordinates with other functions to formulate improvement plan to meet customer requirements.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field. 2. 5+ years in equivalent related experience 3. Experience in Electronic Assembly production is a plus 4. Knowledge of SPC and quality tool ( GR&R, FMEA, etc ) 5. Knowledge of ISO 9001 6. Knowleage of 8D methodology , Problem solving technique and skills 7. Able to supervise and control staff. 8. Good command of written and spoken English
