Warehouse Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. 2. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. 3. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. 4. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. 5. Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc) 6. Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. 7. Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. 8. Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. 9. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. 10. Supervise, coordinate and participate in special and scheduled warehouse material inventories as required 11. Formulate and implement the standard warehouse policies, procedures and processes. 12. Establish inventory control system best suit for warehouse need 13. Maintain schedule for preventive maintenance on delivery truck, forklift and equipment to ensure efficient operation of vehicles and equipment 14. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor degree or equivalent (Preferably Business/Supply chain management/Engineering field) 2. 3-5 years experience in Warehouse management ,Inventory Control and Materials. 3. Knowledge of ERP system and stock transaction controls 4. Good 5S, Visual management, Kanban & JIT skills 5. Good understanding of basic MRP fundamentals. 6. Good command of written and spoken English. 7. Computer literacy in MS Office. 8. Knowledge of OHSAS 18001 ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are an advantage
