Facility Technician

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent qualification. - A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. - Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques. - Effective problem-solving abilities. - Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks. - Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings. Responsibilities - Repairs and maintains a variety of facilities systems, components and structures; repairs building plumbing, door hardware, constructs and maintains indoor/outdoor facilities, fans, lights and related; conducts structural inspections for safety. - Performs preventative maintenance on building systems, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and control systems and related components. - Install and adjust various equipment, such as shelving, piping, electrical, and furniture; performs excavation work; installs and repairs utilities. - Perform general carpentry work in the alteration, repair and maintenance of buildings, floors, roofs, stairways, partitions, walls, doors, windows, screens, wood fixtures and furniture; operate hand power tools associated with the carpentry trade. - Repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and basins; pack faucets and replace washers, reset loose fixtures, clean out obstructions in water and sewer systems using power and hand snakes - Performs other duties as assigned.
