Key Responsibilities: -Manage team to complete their work with the high efficiency. -Oversee monthly capacity development by each production unit. -Create multi-skill alignment in operation unit, in order to do job rotation for team member as necessary production plan. -Experience in Die casting and Stamping is advantage -Develop direct subordinates in order to facilitated successor in each production unit. -Confront with daily operation issues, problem solving and keeping report to direct supervisor. -Supervise team to maintain safety and quality standard to show team professional and meet Regal -Rexnord Standard such as CJSA, JIB, 5S standard, MIC, Concession, etc. -Involve in waste management – re-work and scrap reduction. -Control budget of indirect material, overtime expense to be not over conversion cost target. -Facilitate tooling fixture design with manufacturing/quality/Technical Development engineer. -Maximized resources allocation during process change and implementation of Oracle.

-Bachelor’s degree in any field. -Background in Production ‘s role at least 5 years. -Strong Supervisory skill and Leadership skill. -Be able to use English (preferable). -Familiar in preparing report as regular basis. Familiar with ERP system. Oracle would be an advantage.
