Customer Service Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Provide the outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to our products, and services. 2. Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution while maintaining a high level of professionalism. 3. Monitor order received, communicate with the internal operation team to ensure the order processing run smoothly and complete on time delivery 4. Monitor and analyze sales revenue projection, weekly optimize achievement rate, identify potential risks. Provide the solution to recover the situation or close the gap 5. Manage export shipments and ensure timely availability of shipping documents including packing lists, commercial invoices, bill of landing, import / export documents, etc. 6. Run and review open order report for daily review and follow-up of committed customer requested date with the customer. 7. Lead and guide a team of customer service representatives, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to drive excellence in service delivery. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Technical Support, and Supply Chain to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and dealerships, acting as their primary point of contact and addressing their specific needs and requirements. 10. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement customer service initiatives to optimize efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction. 11. Generate reports on customer service performance, presenting findings to management and making recommendations for continuous improvement. 12. Handle complex customer situations with empathy, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive resolution and maintain customer loyalty.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Administration or related fields. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service in a manufacturing field, preferably in a senior or leadership role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate to customers and colleagues. 4. Fluent of written and spoken English Good command in English (Business level) 5. Microsoft Office skills 6. Proven leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating a team of customer service representatives. 7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. 8. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations. 9. Analytical skills to interpret data, generate reports, and derive actionable insights for process improvements. 10. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced motor industry environment, adapt to changing customer needs, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
