TPM Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance (PM) and autonomous maintenance (AM) plans.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns and implement permanent countermeasures.
• Ensure optimal availability of machines and utilities.
• Act as a TPM pillar leader or facilitator (AM, PM, FI).
• Support operators in executing AM Step 1–4 (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication standards).
• Initiate and participate in Kaizen, CLIT, and focused improvement activities.
• Track machine loss data (OEE, MTTR, MTBF) and support loss elimination activities.
• Collect and analyze downtime, maintenance history, and equipment performance data.
• Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Python to visualize and interpret trends.
• Present weekly/monthly maintenance KPIs and suggest improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and update maintenance work instructions, PM checklists, and troubleshooting guides.
• Document root cause analysis using A3 reports, 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, etc.
• Maintain equipment history and audit records in the CMMS system.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to improve reliability and safety.
• Support training of operators and technicians on basic machine care and TPM activities.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
• 2+ years in maintenance engineering, reliability, or TPM implementation (Fresh graduates with strong TPM project experience will be considered)
• Excel (advanced), Power BI (preferred), Python (plus), PLC basics (plus)
• TPM / Lean / Six Sigma certificate (preferred but not required)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, team player, proactive, good communication
