หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepares and compiles basic data for income and balance sheet statements, consolidated statements, and various other accounting statements and reports for business unit or plant. Maintains, reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records to support close process. Performs tasks in accordance with statutory regulations and Corporate accounting standards/policies. Performs complex accounting activities including the consolidation of general ledger, financial reports and account reconciliation of multiple businesses for the preparation of Regal consolidated financial reports. Performs activities related to the close process ensuring accurate journal entries and accounting classifications, coding of invoices and vouchers with proper account distribution, and compilation of data for preparation of regularly scheduled accounting reports for New Zealand (TIMS) and Singapore (Oracle) Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation and balancing of all intercompany accounts (I/C profit, AR & AP) Ensures team's adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Performs for the close process for monthly, quarterly and year end, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements. Will be responsible Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets and Inventory sub-ledgers reconciliations. Prepares all Sox folders Australia, NZ, Singapore and Thailand for review Prompt to assist the month-end/Year-end account reconciliations for the control accounts closing. Assist the year end audit queries for New Zealand and Singapore for the preparation for annual year end report. Reconcile trial balance accounts and clear outstanding items correctly and timely (SOX compliance) Prepare, Reconcile & Submit Vat reports correctly and in time. Prepare RVs, Credit Notes, Misc Invoices, Aging, Sales Analysis, account statements, interco reconciliation, analysis reports etc. Actively participate and contribute for improvement in procedures. Other duties as assigned. The Accountant will be required to support the Financial Controller, Finance Manager and Business Unit Heads on ad-hoc projects. Assist in uploading the supplemental data to Hyperion for Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Assist with extracting information for NPD (New Product Development) for Australia, New Zealand and Singapore Assist with tracking the VCP project saving for Australia Assist in preparing the bridges for New Zealand business review. Prepare and send the weekly sales pulse report for New Zealand

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Degree in Accounting is essential. At least 5 years experience in Finance with a thorough knowledge in the areas of accounting, reporting and statutory compliance Experience in adhering to Australian / International Reporting standards and statutory requirements; exposure to Sarbanes Oxley requirements and controls. Demonstrable success in working in a large multinational corporation is essential with a strong personal desire for success and career progression. Preferred experience in Oracle and advanced excel skills. Extensive knowledge of Hyperion.
