Material Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Responsible for overseeing overall supply chain operations. 2. Monitor inventory level, stock aging, and delivery on time, order filling to ensure KPI and service level can be achieved. 3. Handle demand planning part in order to forecast stock order and establish action plan to ensure OTD (On Time Delivery) and customer requirements. 4. Prepare import / export clearance document for shipping and update all reverent departments on product supply. 5. Demostrate good, clear management and leadership skills for total SCM expectations / requirements. 6. Create strategic logistic strategies in order to reengineer supply chain process to ensure the efficiency and cost reduction. Must include: 7. Reduce lead time from order receive to ship 8. Inventory Reduction initiatives 9. Set up supply chain action plan and manage team budget. 10. Establish and strengthen good relationship with other departments and customers. 11. Ensure conformance with various rules / guidelines, including health and safety policies as well as to follow the procedures for respective areas/operations. 12. Manages material planning activity to ensure timely delivery of material to support production operations 13. Review and approve purchase up to specific dollar amount according to the level of authorization (LOA) 14. Negotiate major contracts involving large dollar amount 15. Monitor the cost schedule and performance aspects of major subcontractors 16. Manage supplier delivery performance 17. Delvelop, implement and maintain policies and procedure for the operations of procurement activities and material and production control systems
