คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <ul> <li>Degree in science based subject</li> <li>First hand experience of physical, chemical ( including HPLC analysis ) and microbiological testing of regulated products ( ie Medical devices, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals or equivalent )</li> <li>First hand experience of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) ( ie Nautilus )</li> <li>Excellent understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning software ( ie SAP)</li> <li>First hand experience of International Laboratory Quality standards (ISO 17025)</li> <li>Excellent people management skills, ability to lead, manage and develop a team of analysts to deliver to schedule</li> <li>Excellent understanding of validation of laboratory equipment and methods as applicable</li> <li>Excellent understanding of statistical analysis of data and experience on using statistical software ( ie NWA, SPSS )</li> <li>Excellent understanding of sampling procedures for inspection by attributes (ie ISO 2859-0 )</li> <li>Highly motivated self starter, flexible, proactive with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence people at all levels.</li> </ul>
