Senior HR Officer (Recruitment)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Oversee the total related processes of recruitment • Analyze the current recruitment situation and plan recruitment solution • Screen, interview, and selection candidates • Contact candidate to make interview and sign contract appointment • Prepare essential documents for job application and employment • Summarize weekly - monthly manpower • Coordinate with internal or external organization • Update recruitment situation including analyzing customer requirements

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in recruitment • Ability to communication and recommendation • Provide agility and work flexibility • Skilled in problem-solving & solution analyzation • Skilled in data analytic & weekly - monthly report creation • Skilled in negotiation and presentation • Provided positive attitude and relationship management with colleagues • Available using Microsoft Office
