Operations Department Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Responsibility: To oversee and close cooperation with Ops center and sales team Support all company departments and employees can work together in the best and most efficient ways following the company’s health, safety and environmental standards, as well Responsible for assisting to monitor & control cost control on all projects To respond all inquiries and any customer complaints with assistance from other departments as necessary Encourage and work with sales, optimize customer relation, and organize equipment demonstrations Support, coordinate and maintain ongoing International marketing efforts for the Company. To support in business negotiations with customers on behalf of the Company so as to acquire the utmost benefits for the Company To maintain and manage all data for Marketing plan information, yearly strategy and Income planning, company growth and profitability and client contacts Review, revise and improve department quality procedures occasionally in compliance with QSMS Provide training and guidance to team members and relevant parties Other related job as assigned by his/her supervisor

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: University degree in any field Experience: At least 8-10 years of working experience in related fields in preferably from Inspection industry
