หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Maintains information technology systems and strategies (hardware and software). •Researches and implements Technology solutions, both, hardware and software. •Proposes strategic solutions and recommends new systems (hardware and software) to achieve the Company Goals including bringing in efficiencies and cost savings in business processes. •Coaches, counsels, and disciplines company employees in IT related matters. •Initiates, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, and procedures. •Maintains proper staff in his department by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees who are qualified and possess the necessary skills. •Maintains a safe and secure work environment within the business. •Develops personal growth opportunities. •Maintains organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for implementing information technologies. •Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects. •Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments. •Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented. •Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures. •Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes. •Identifies problems. •Evaluates trends. •Maintains quality of service of IT department within the company by establishing and enforcing organization standards for IT, both hardware and software. •Maintains latest updated professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. •Contributes to team efforts in other areas of business by accomplishing related results as needed from an IT perspective.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering ,Information Technology or related field - More than 10 years of working experience - Preferred adequate skills of English.
