Job Title: Operations Director - Solar Cell and Energy Saving Job Description: - Overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of a solar cell and energy-saving company. - This role plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient production, installation, and maintenance of solar energy systems, as well as implementing energy-saving solutions. - Manage a team, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement to meet company goals.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. - An advanced degree (Master's or MBA) is a plus. - Age 35 years up - Max 40 years. - Good command of English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - At least 8 years of progressive experience in the solar energy industry or a related field. - Experience with energy-saving initiatives - Proven track record of managing operational teams, including project management and staff supervision.
