QS Engineer (ประจำโครงการ จ.ภูเก็ต)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost plans, and tender documentation
• Evaluate project budgets, construction costs, and monitor ongoing expenditures
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract terms to identify discrepancies
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and contractors to ensure cost control
• Review and verify progress claims, variation orders, and payment applications
• Participate in tender evaluations and contract negotiations
• Provide accurate cost forecasting and value engineering input
• Preparing monthly cost reports ,CVC and FTC

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering
• 3 – 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost control in the construction industry
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Familiar with standard contracts such as FIDIC, JVA, or Thai government contracts (advantage)
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Project Management ERP
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Willing to work on-site in Phuket
