Senior Marketing Manager (Solar Energy Business)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead and develop comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth in the industrial solar energy sector, focusing on Solar Cell installation projects for factories and corporate clients.
• Collaborate closely with business unit leaders and management teams to achieve or exceed sales and marketing targets, ensuring compliance with company policies. Prepare regular reports and accurate sales forecasts.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with strategic partners, EPC contractors, equipment manufacturers, project consultants, and key industry influencers to promote sustainable business collaboration.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans covering brand positioning, digital campaigns, event marketing, and channel development to generate new business opportunities.
• Support and empower the sales team and business partners through training, marketing materials, and sales enablement initiatives to maximize revenue potential.
• Present and demonstrate company solar energy solutions to key clients and partners, including Solar Rooftop, Solar Farm, and Hybrid Energy Systems, and conduct technical training or seminars when needed.
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and seminars to enhance corporate image and strengthen market presence within the renewable energy industry.
• Conduct continuous market analysis and competitive research to monitor industry trends, government energy policies, and emerging technologies for strategic advantage.
• Prepare high-quality business proposals, presentations, and project-specific quotations tailored to client requirements.
• Plan and execute joint marketing and sales strategies with partners to achieve measurable results and mutual business success.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the solar energy, renewable energy, or industrial B2B sector.
• Strong background in Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and EPC project management.
• Proven track record in strategic marketing, business development, and partner management.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver measurable results.
• Candidates who have an existing marketing team or network in the solar or energy industry will receive priority consideration.
