หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities • Customer Relationship Management regarding Quality issues: Coordinate and supervise all Quality Assurance activities in Metal Stamping parts Production and Plastic Injection Molding parts production. o working with production and customer to determine optimized process settings to assure specified requirements are met (specifically during sampling and product qualification process) o host customer visits on a monthly basis o managing customer complaint process • Ensure Quality Assurance and Products output are in compliance with customer expectations • Develop product quality metrics, manage customer complaints, determine optimized process settings, identify areas of improvements and involve relevant departments in developing corrective actions. • Develop quality assurance management systems in accordance with regulatory and group-specific requirements • Ensure compliance with all ISO and IATF and external audit requirements. Prepare and successfully complete audits. • Conduct monthly reporting of quality assurance data through documented corporate procedures. • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations management in terms of quality assurance.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Quality Assurance Management or Engineering • At least 5 years of work experience in Quality Assurance combined with a demonstrated track-record of accomplishments as a QA Manager, preferably within an Automotive parts business. • Computer literate (Excel, SPC data base, Word,Power Point etc) • Ability to work well with other departments • Being able to handle multi-task environment with excellent organizational skills • Be proficient in ISO 9001 and IATF standard • Proficiency in Thai and English communication
